モジブラ（T-Browser、以下「本アプリ」）の開発者（以下「開発者」）は、利用者のプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリのプライバシーの取り扱いは以下のとおりです。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、利用者の個人情報、閲覧履歴、検索語、その他の利用データを収集・保存・外部送信しません。開発者が利用者の情報にアクセスすることはありません。

2. 端末内に保存される情報

以下の設定・データは、利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、外部に送信されません。

リソースのブロック設定（画像・メディア・ポップアップ・スタイルシート・スクリプト・フォント）
ブックマーク、開いているタブの情報
選択中の検索エンジン、サイトごとの設定

これらはアプリを削除すると端末から消去されます。なお、iCloud バックアップを有効にしている場合、Apple のバックアップにアプリのデータが含まれることがあります（その取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います）。

3. 通信について

本アプリは一般的なWebブラウザと同様に、利用者が開いたWebサイトおよび利用者が選択した検索エンジン（Google または Yahoo! JAPAN）に対してのみ通信を行います。これらのサイトへの通信内容やそこでの情報の取り扱いには、各サイト・各検索エンジンのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。本アプリは独自の解析ツールや広告、トラッキングを一切含みません。

4. 第三者提供・解析・広告

本アプリは、第三者への情報提供、アクセス解析（アナリティクス）、広告配信を行いません。

5. アプリ内課金について

本アプリの有料機能は Apple の App内課金（App Store）を通じて提供されます。購入・復元の処理は Apple が行い、開発者が利用者のお支払い情報を取得することはありません。課金に関する情報の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。

6. 子どものプライバシー

本アプリは利用者から個人情報を収集しないため、子どもを含むすべての利用者について、開発者が個人情報を取得することはありません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

The developer of T-Browser ("the App", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, browsing history, search terms, or usage data. The developer has no access to your information.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The following settings and data are stored only on your device and are never transmitted externally:

Resource-blocking settings (images, media, pop-ups, stylesheets, scripts, fonts)
Bookmarks and open-tab information
Selected search engine and per-site settings

This data is removed from your device when you delete the App. If iCloud Backup is enabled, the App's data may be included in your Apple backup, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

3. Network Communication

Like any web browser, the App communicates only with the websites you open and with the search engine you select (Google or Yahoo! JAPAN). The handling of information on those sites is governed by their respective privacy policies. The App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking of its own.

4. Third Parties, Analytics, and Ads

The App does not share information with third parties, and includes no analytics or advertising.

5. In-App Purchases

Paid features are provided through Apple's In-App Purchase (App Store). Purchases and restores are processed by Apple; the developer does not receive your payment information. Such data is handled under Apple's privacy policy.

6. Children's Privacy

Because the App collects no personal information from any user, the developer does not obtain personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as laws change or features are added. Material changes will be announced on this page.
